Depending on your home, this might involve painting walls, repairing fixtures, removing clutter, rearranging furniture, or simply relocating art. It may also be necessary to rent specific pieces of furniture, pictures or accessories to make your home as inviting as possible to anyone who walks through the door.

The cost of staging your home is usually much less than the loss incurred if your price needs to be reduced due to lack of interest.
